About this listing
A comfortable room in a charming bungalow home in a quiet, established, residential neighborhood in the city of Napa. The house is cosy and sits on an oversized lot that overflows with flowers, fruit trees, and native plants.
I have a comfortable private guest room in my home, that is yours to rent!
This home is in tree-lined quiet established neighborhood of 1940s era Bungalow homes, has an amazing garden and is close to everything Napa has to offer.
My home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Your room is cosy and comfortable. It has one queen sized platform futon bed, a great closet with hanging and shelf space, a dresser, corner windows with good shades for privacy, a side table, and blanket chest.
Just to emphasize this again: THE BED IS A FUTON. It is quite firm to sleep on, if you have never slept on a Futon before.
The home has a remodeled bath, hardwood floors, a front porch with a porch swing, gas stove, washer dryer, and 1940s era character.
Television, cable, high speed internet, netflix, hulu plus, HBO, comcast streampix, & roku channels available. Television is in shared area / living room.
The back yard is large and private, and has a mix of sun and shade, sitting areas, fire pit, fruit trees, cabernet vines, native plants, a three-way arbor, meandering paths, patio, and lots of old world roses.
I have a very sweet, calm, well behaved labrador retriever. She is smaller (65 lbs) and calmer than most labradors.
The house has easy access to Highway 29 and wineries, and is close to everything. Downtown Napa is within long walking distance (1.4 miles), or within a short drive (5 minutes). For public transit there is "The Vine" bus service. Biking around town is also a great option.
