I took a deep rest at his house
Se stayed at Iver's house for 3 nights and we loved it. Very well located, walking distance to the termini station, very clean and a lovely lady came every morning to make us the breakfast and clean the house and our room. We had the apartment just for ourselves and for another couple, who where in the other room of this apt. Recommend!
The apartment was very clean. It is near the train terminal which was convenient for arrival and departure. The neighborhood is full of immigrants and seemed a bit creepy. Just be aware of your surroundings and don't stay out too late.
We stayed in Rome for two night and it was wonderful. Unfortunately a couple of the top sights were under repair. But other than that it was great.
We arrived expecting 2 separate rooms for 4 of us but we were instead crammed into one room. The other room was occupied by someone else - we were not informed that we would be sharing the apartment with strangers.
The beds provided were quite uncomfortable and made creaking sounds with any movement- one of the makeshift beds was especially very inadequate.
The cupboards were inconveniently structured, requiring us to stand on chairs to reach the hangers - and we are of above average height!
The toilet would spit out toilet water with every flush and the bath water was very temperamental.
The only positive was that the apartment was relatively close to Termini station (but still in a dodgy neighborhood) and our breakfast was well attended to.
We enjoyed our stay in Rome. The B&B is very close to the station, metro, bus,..
We had no problem with noise or privacy, everything was OK and we were welcomed in a nice way.
It's a perfect place to discover Rome and close to important places.
We were a little disappointed about the breakfast which was really basic. Maybe some cheese or a little bit more bread would have been sufficient.
The room was clean, big and we had everything we needed.
I had quite a bad experience with this apartment, the room has a small bright curtain that does not block the sun, so we got up early.
moreover, the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which is an issue if you have heavy luggage's.
in addition, the bathroom and shower are in the shared space of the apartment, although there are two different rooms with two different showers and toilets, it's not very comfortable.
Lastly, after we couldn't sleep on our first night, we asked Iver if he is willing to cancel our next 2 nights, as we also had noises from the other room until 3 am and we waked up from the sunlight in ~7 am, but he refused to cancel the contract for the next two days.
The good about this apartment, is that there are hot water in the shower, the room is clean, and it's close to Termini station (although this is not such a good neighborhood with many immigrants).

The apartment is in a perfect location to visit Rome by public Transport or by feet: it's close to the Termini train station, metro and bus stop. The room was nothing extraordinary, but clean and confortable. The private bathroom was cleaned every day, and breakfast was served at a time of our choice. Iver was very nice, helpful and professional.
