This upper-unit apartment sits next to Allen Creek, making it easy to explore the outdoors—bring your bike and ride the Ice Age Trail, which runs through town! You’ll be within walking distance of charming shops and restaurants, and just a 25-minute drive to downtown Madison, or Alliant Energy Center, hope you enjoy your stay!

The space
A spacious upper-level two-bedroom apartment featuring luxurious Sapphire Cool Phase hybrid queen-size mattresses for ultimate comfort. Enjoy a full kitchen, a dining area, and a large bathroom equipped with a washer and dryer!

Guest access
The guest will enter the apartment with a code to the keypad lock. Guest parking is limited to two vehicles. Vehicles are to park to the right side of the gravel driveway. If there are two vehicles, park back to back. Additional free Street-parking is also available.

Other things to note
• A profile picture is required.
• Ensure the correct guest count is provided.
• Be prepared to climb stairs.
• A Ring security camera is installed at the front door.
• No events or parties allowed.
