The apartment was absolutely lovely, fantastically well-furnished, super comfortable and an absolute delight to stay in. For us (two couples) it suited us perfectly, we loved everything about the apartment and found ourselves enjoying evenings cooking, eating and relaxing there. The location is perfect, the small town of Buxton has everything you need nearby and then you are ideally situated for trips into the idyllic Peak District. Cannot be more highly recommended.
Sarah was very friendly and helpful and provided lots of useful information that helped during our stay. The flat was absolutely lovely, very elegant with everything we needed and we really enjoyed staying there. I would recommend this flat as a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Buxton is a really interesting town with beautiful architecture and the countryside around Buxton is lovely and well worth exploring.Would love to go back and visit again !
Such a great place to stay in Buxton. Immaculately kept, beautifully decorated and ideally located; I would highly recommend staying here if visiting the Peak District.
The apartment featured everything we needed for our weekend stay in Buxton, and the views - especially to Solomon's Temple in the distance - were amazing. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it was perfect for us (two mid-20s couples) and we found the thoughtful little extras like filter coffee very welcome! The apartment was well designed, spacious enough for four adults, and we loved the board games (Linkee is a lot of fun!). There were also plenty of maps, DVDs and books, and there's also Sky TV. The area is lovely and just a short walk from the centre - there's also a woodland walk two minutes away from the door of the apartment.
Supercute flat well located in Buxton, walking distance so some lovely pubs and restaurants, as well as the local gardens and the University Dome. Sarah had prepared the place so well we felt instantly at home. Brilliant views from the living room, and the neighbourhood was nice and quiet - quite disappointed to have to go home really!
We stayed with my parents who were visiting from Canada - so it was handy having 2 bathrooms as well as enough space for 4 people to not get in eachothers way. We ended up making coffee & breakfast most days before heading out which was no problem in the equipped kitchen.
Our family had the most wonderful time in Sarah's home on Buxton. The views from her tower are amazing and the location is great for walking into town and for driving all around the Peak District. The flat was very clean and comfortable and Sarah was very generous with amenities both in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had pretty much everything we needed for our stay! Would recommend to anyone.
Très très bel appartement. Très bien aménagé et décoré. vue très agréable. cuisine très fonctionnelle. Très proche à pied du très beau centre ville de Buxton. Je recommande.
