The space
Welcome to a newly remodeled, privately owned condo at historic Rosario Resort—part of “The Residences,” the most upscale lodging on this side of Orcas Island. Our guests enjoy complimentary access to the exclusive new Club Rosario, as well as optional walk-on ferry access via the Anacortes–Rosario passenger-only route, helping you skip the Washington State ferry hassle.

Unlike many units that used to be hotel rooms rented through the resort, this home is independently managed by a longtime owner who visits regularly and keeps rental volume low—favoring trusted guests over high hotel turnover. That means a cleaner, calmer, more refined stay—with extra touches you won’t find in a standard hotel. (This unit is not affiliated with nearby discount-style accommodations. It is privately owned and maintained to the highest standard, offering a quieter, cleaner, and more elevated guest experience.)

The space is thoughtfully furnished and features:

- 55" Smart TV with streaming & DirecTV
- Fridge, microwave, espresso & ice maker
- Plenty of plush towels, premium toiletries, and Lutron dimmable lighting
- 700–800 thread count organic cotton sateen bedding

This is a ground-floor unit in a two-story building. Like all Rosario Resort accommodations, some ambient sound from the marina or upstairs guests is possible during peak season.

Please note: NO pets or service animals permitted. The unit is maintained as a hypoallergenic environment due to severe medical allergies (epi-pen level). We appreciate your understanding and help in maintaining a clean, allergen-free space.

Guest access
You’ll have full access to your private suite, plus unbeatable proximity to Rosario Resort and Moran State Park. Enjoy brunch or late drinks at the Rosario Marina and walk "home" in five minutes! The main trail to all the lakes, waterfalls, and Mt. Constitution starts quite literally at your doorstep.
