The EAST Room has a FULL sized bed , not a queen . This is the coziest of the rooms. It has a private bathroom and can accomodate 2 people comfortably.
A/C, WiFi, + parking for 6/7 cars, and a large garden for breakfast (weather permitting).
-3 blocks to the center of one of America's most beautiful villages.
-1 mile to the ocean with gorgeous beaches.

- Buses + train station are both within walking distance or brief cab ride away.
-About 2 1/2 hours from NYC.
-Fishing in Montauk, wine tasting in Sagaponack, Pollock-Krasner House in Springs all easy drives from this B & B.
