Jeanie's North Room is very romantic and cosy. The ideal space for a weekend out of NYC in search for a homey feeling. We will certainly go back in summer time!
I so enjoyed my visit. Jeanie is a welcoming host, and my room was wonderful. Breakfast in the garden was a delight. I was on somewhat of a retreat and Jeanie and her lovely home contributed to making it very rewarding.
Lovely stay in Jeanie's charming house! She's been hosting guests for a long time and you can tell. She makes the bed everyday and offers a delicious breakfast in the large garden. Cleanliness is irreproachable. Exploring the region requires a car, but it's feasible to do without one while staying at Jeanie's. Egypt beach is 1.3 miles (2 km) away, and you'll find several restaurants within a 10-minute walking distance, from the laid-back and very nice "Rowdy Hall" to the coveted "Nick & Toni's".
Very cute, welcoming and special place in the Hamptons and perfect location for exploring. I was there for 2 nights and felt very much at home. The decor of Jeanie's house is indeed eclectic and hand picked. Everything feels very authentic. The garden is beautiful and breakfasts out there were delicious and relaxed. Jeanie is a wonderful host, very helpful with tips for beach excursions or restaurant searches, welcoming. Thank you, Jeanie. I hope to be back!
Staying in Jeanie's charming farmhouse was a lovely experience. The rooms were delightful, impeccable and spacious. Breakfast served by our gracious host outside in the garden on vintage china was delicious. We would like to stay there again. Very convenient to all the Hamptons.
My friend and I spent 3 nights at Jeanie's historic, charming, and perfectly situated home. Montauk, wine tasting, antiquing, beaches, cute lobster shacks -- everything is within a 20 minute drive from the house. And the fresh fruit, granola, and toast breakfast was a perfect wake-up to our mornings. Thanks for a wonderful stay; we hope to be back soon!
We had a lovely time staying at Jeanie's! She gave us good advice about East Hampton, prepared a lovely breakfast each morning, and was sweet and friendly. The farmhouse was just as described and very cute and comfortable. It was an easy walk to town, to the train, and to the jitney. We also rented bikes and rode to the beach and to Amagansett — no need for a car given the central location. We'd definitely stay with Jeanie again!

After working in the art world for 25 years, I've had a Bed & Breakfast in East Hampton for the next 25 years; The beaches and the thrift store are the best anywhere.
