Francesco is a very friendly person. The apartment has a great location, near the central market, railway station and bus station. Very spacious, excellent for 2 people, great for 4 people and confortable for 6 people. A delightful rooftop terrace overlooking the beautiful skyline of Firenzi. I Could live there. Thaks Francesco!!
Beautiful flat, great location, Francesco was very prompt in responding to our questions and flexible with check-in/check-out times.
This was a comfortable stay in a great central location. My family and I enjoyed our time in Florence and getting to the major site seeing location was walking distance from the flat. Prompt responses from Francesco for any queries we had. Check in and Check out was very convenient.
We were a family of 4 people staying at Francesco's flat.
It was a very nice experience, the place was clean and localized in a very fun neighborhood. The location was only a short 15 minutes walk away from any of the attractions.
I can highly recommend francesco's flat
We loved our stay in Francesco's house. Everything was clean and cozy. The apparment is nicely furnished and decorated. It does have a great voiew over Florence and you can have breakfast or diner looking at the cupola of the Duomo. The neighborhoud is nice, very near the train station. As Florence is a relatively small city (or at least its touristic center), you can reach every point of interest walking. You can find good restaurants and shops in the neighborhood and Florence's central market is 3 minutes away (by feet). Francesco was very nice and gave us very usefull tips about hat to do and where to eat.
In short, I would definetly recommend this house to a friend or stay there again.
NB : Travelers with young children or elder people may be bothered by the stairs, because the flat is on the third or fourth floor (no elevator) and it has 3 levels (with the terrace), but it was not a problem at all for us (and or big luggage).
We had a great time at this lovely apartment close to the train station. The kitchen is very well equipped, the apartment clean and the roof terrace great! I recommend staying there.
Its a beautiful place!
More likely for 4 persons (as specified in description) than 6, but we had a nace week sixfold. Everything works fine, WiFi is stable and fast enough (but there is a limit of concurrently connected devices).
I couldnt find a pot to make boiling water for tea or other stuff so we used a pan - its not so comfortable but suited.
The 4th floor location wasnt a problem at all.
And of course the terrace. I dreamed of a place like that!!!
Be sure you visit Florence during a warm period. Or be prepared to know that in Italy there is no propper heating. At least I have never seen. It was cold (yes Im talking about late February - early March).
Great location: close to everything we needed.
Great spot - so much room! Beautiful terrace ( we didn't have much chance to use). Francesco was excellent and super helpful with everything we needed. A+
We stayed at this apartment for three nights and from the beginning we had problems as we could not get in contact with the owner and had to wait outside for nearly an hour before someone let us in.
The apartment is on the top floor so be prepared to walk up ten flights of stairs you really need to be fairly fit especially if you have to carry your 20 kg of luggage up them. The apartment itself was ok but only one small television and that was in one of the bedrooms the other television in the other bedroom did not work. Two of the beds were ok the other one was on the floor in the attic with low rafters so every time I got up I would hit my head. Lucky we had some relatives nearby that came and got us then we even stayed at their place for a night and through the day.
The apartment is near the railway station so was good for us as we used trains for most of our trip.
We stayed in the apartment as a family of 4 adults in December. The apartment was near the train station which was great, definitely as we came by train. It was also relatively spacious. The roof top terrace was great, with a nice view, but of course would be better in spring - autumn as opposed to winter.
The neighbourhood may not be the best though - as all neighbourhoods around the train station are. However, it was relatively safe. Also, should you be coming with heavy luggages, please be forewarned that there is no elevator and the apartment is a few flights up. We managed somehow with Francesco's help.
All the attractions were within walking distance so that was great. Francesco was a great host too, giving us recommendations that we loved for food and coming back to help us when we couldn't figure out how to turn the hot water on.
Enjoyed our stay in Florence!
