Situated in Fitzroy Street, W1, we offer a top location in the heart of the West End in trendy Fitzrovia. Voted the best place to live in London by the Sunday Times (March 2016), Fitzrovia is a super central arty foodie paradise location with a villagey feel and Georgian architecture. Today it is a popular and lively neighbourhood with a residential and business mix and a bustling art scene. Over 50 art galleries (10% of all those in London) operate here. The numerous media companies based in the area feed into a trendy and vibrant buzz.
Fitzrovia has more restaurants than you'll ever get to visit (with new ones popping up all the time). Michelin stars, British pub grub, easy Italians and sandwich shops. fish n chips, Peruvian cuisine, Chinese, Greek, Indian, Mexican, Filipino. We've got them all and everything in between.

We are Liz and Jack. We look forward to welcoming you to one of our properties. We manage six holiday let properties in Fitzrovia (central London), one in the New Forest and one in Hove (Brighton). We also manage a number of long let properties.
We're lucky enough to be based in Fitzrovia. We know the area well and can thoroughly recommend it for its central location, great transport links (although you'll probably be mostly on foot as tourist London is very walkable!) and wide choice of bars and restaurants. It's a highly desirable neighbourhood with beautiful architecture and interesting streets. People come from all over London to enjoy some Fitzrovia life.
Lymington and Brighton are our favourite getaway locations. We've got some good recommendations to help you enjoy your stay. We're on hand to help with any queries you may have. You'll have a wonderful time in either property.
We have been letting our properties for the past 10 years. We hope we've perfected a warm and professional welcome. We're very happy to help with questions (before or during your stay) or to tailor any trip to suit your needs so just let us know if there's anything we can do.
We look forward to seeing you!
