Neat and spacious 132 sqm house in two floors, with spa, located in a small urban environment on a 1000 sqm plot with garden.
The house furthermore features a terrace and is located near the Balka beach and Snogebæk with its many shops and restaurants.
On the ground floor there are beautiful treated wooden floors throughout, that is, in kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and hallway.
Kitchen has oven, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge with 20L freezer, microwave, etc.
Two big bright adjacent rooms - one of them is the dining room the other is living room. The dining room has a sturdy lacquered dining table with seating for 10 peeople, as well as radio and CD player.
In the adjacent living room is TV with satellite dish and DVD player.
The bathroom has a spa, shower, toilet and washing machine.
The first floor is newly renovated and has a considerable landing with comfortable sofa bed. There are two bedrooms, both very spacious, each with a window facing the garden.
The car park with space for 2 cars. There is a newly built terrace of about 20 sqm (5x4) at the exit to the garden. Available are also garden furniture, barbecue, swing and sandpit.

Please bear in mind that this is house in the country-side with the animals and insects and tear that implies on a country house!
I prefer to trust my guests and therefore have chosen not to have any safety deposit - but I'd like to encourage my guests to take good care of the place. Other than that, the so-called 'house rules' are common sense, that is, don't be very loud very late, remember to lock doors upon leaving, and, remember to scramble code after picking up keys.
If you are looking for a simple house with room for many guest, with a beautiful sunny garden, close to Balka beach on Bornholm, this listing is a good alternative. If you are a traveler who enjoy the typical Airbnb experience meaning feeling welcomed into someone's home, getting the sense of how it is to really live in an area, enjoying a house because of it's personal decorations and "traces" of other people's lives, this is not the place to stay. The house seems to be very frequently leased to guests via a vacation house leasing service on Bornholm, and besides basic kitchen equipment the house is totally empty.
We r had an extremely nice stay in this idyllic house placed in perfect surroundings. Though the house is a little bit worn (reflected in the very reasonable price) it had every amenity: dish washer, microwave, satellite TV, and even a very nice spa tub. Beds were plentiful (two 160 cm double beds and three single beds with good mattresses). For those traveling with small children, a wooden crib and a small children's chair were also present. One of the best beaches in Denmark is just 1,5 km. away, and a grocery store was also avaliable nearby. If you are traveling to Bornholm please consider this house - it is an excellent vacation home.
A functional house close to Balka beach. Large sleeping and living rooms with plenty of space for 6 adults and one 3-year old. Huge garden that could need some TLC. Breakfast and dinner enjoyed outdoors every day the weather allowed it on the terrace.
We had a great time on Bornholm and in the house. The garden is wonderful, the house is big and by bike close to the beach. The house is fully equiped but needs a bit of paint here and there. But its great!
Nice old house about 20 minutes walk from Balka Beach on a country road. Great outside space. Soothingly peaceful setting. Downstairs bedroom has only thin sheets as "door" , so not very practical if there is difference in bedtimes. In accordance with Danish holiday house rentals no linens were included, and heating oil (for hot water) is extra. Some initial misunderstandings were quickly resolved by the owner after a phone call. There is no wi-fi.
Fint sommerhus med god plads til 8 personer: forældre, børn og børnebørn. Rigtigt godt beliggende i forhold til mange udflugter - og tæt på særdeles gode indkøbsmuligheder af dagligvarer.
Flere forskellige, dejlige strande lige i nærheden.
God udendørsplads til børnene.

Very nice place for a family (or two families) with children for some nice time in Bornholm.
Two floors of the house provide privacy, but please take into account that the ground floor of the house has no doors - spending time in the living room and the dining room means that there is no possibility to sleep in the bedroom at the same time.
Great garden with terrace and swing.
Clean house with some nice additional pieces of equipment: dvd player, ball, washing mashine, dishwasher.
Big minus for the lack of "everyday needs" things: mop, sponges, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher cubes.

Hi, my name is Ulrik and I'm a Dane living in Lisbon. I rent out nine beautiful apartments in the historical parts of Lisbon and two houses on the island of Bornholm, Denmark.
