Just so you know, I have a small 12lb dog called Mocha. He is curious and checks the property for raccoon damage each morning so you may see him. Careful he's a lover!

Tanyia was a great host. Place was very clean. Would stay again
This beautiful apartment is just as elegant and restful as the photograph portray. I enjoyed discovering the beauty of Sausalito while being based here for three nights. I had everything needed in walking distance, with a neighborhood grocery, the beautiful SF Bay, and the marina within an easy but hilly, half-mile walk. Tanyia's guide to area restaurants was much appreciated and is great advice from a local about wonderful places in the area. She also checked in with me mid-stay to inquire if there was anything needed--what a thoughtful, considerate host. I would love to come back and stay. Sausalito has won my heart--especially for a rejuvenating trip with the trees, beautiful hillsides, and ocean views as your companion.
Great experience, hostess was prompt at returning any communication. The place and location were very good. I love how private the location was. The views from the windows were breathtaking. I loved walking the hills and climbing the stairs. Clean, pleasant and a good time. I would go back!
We had a wonderful stay in Tanyia's house in the trees. Very quaint and clean. With beautiful atmosphere. Just what we needed for our little getaway from New York City while we explored my home county of Marin. Lots of light in the morning and a very comfortable bed! Would recommend to anyone looking for a romantic getaway close to the city.
This is a gorgeous little place that really feels like a big place. Fantastic view and lots of trees. The bed was just dreamy! I got married just 10 mins from here, so it was the perfect house in the perfect location! I loved all the little extras provided. Wonderful place, wonderful host that provides everything and leaves you to enjoy :D
Lovely apartment set in the hillside overlooking Sausalito. This was my last stop-over on my Arizona road trip and it was such a nice place to stay. Lovely comfy bed, tv, kitchen area, nice bathroom and decent wi-fi. Within 5-mins drive of the ferry to SanFran.
I can heartily recommend this place to other Airbnb users.
This was our first Airbnb &, if Tanyias apartment is typical of the quality & standards, we'll never be using a hotel again! This is a delightful property with a real 'home from home' feel to it. We loved the location, peaceful yet only 10 minutes walk to the main drag through town although, after a few pints, I'm sure the climb up the hill got steeper each time... Would definitely look to use this property again if/when we're back in San Francisco.

About the Host, Tanyia
I am a global ethnographer so I am on the road a lot. It's my job to meet people from all walks of life. Recently I spent a year in China researching women across the country and so why not open my home up and meet people in my own back garden so to speak!
This is my home and it has a second unit with a private entrance so you may never actually see me if that's more comforting!
I have rented this home many times with Homeaway where there are lots of great reviews. Please check this out if you would like to see the rest of the house to give you a better idea of your space.
I look forward to meeting you.
