  • This was our second stay with Reg and Marlene and we anticipate other stays in the future. The space is indeed clean and cozy. Marlene welcomed us with warmth in spite of our late arrival. ...and she made a real breakfast with omelette, fruit and wholesome baked goods. Her place, in a tidy suburb of Scranton, is a convenient stop on our trips to New England. We look forward to another visit with Marlene.

  • Thanks Marlene what a fantastic time we had at your house. The bed was huge, and the house was very clean, quiet, comfortable and accessible to the tourist sights. Marlene suggested sights to see. Marlene was so enjoyable to meet, exchanging conversation on all topics. Breakfast was so nice and filling. We loved the character of the house and garden and found it hard to leave such interesting company. Thanks Marlene for a lovely stay. We hope to see your other lovely looking Canadian property when we travel next time. We would certainly stay here again. Regards Brian & Alison

  • Marlene & Reg were super hosts. We loved their cozy, artful home conveniently located near the intersection of I-81 and I-84. We got there at 9:30 pm & they were so welcoming, made us tea and showed us the sweetest attic room ever. The room was spacious, with calming colors (Marlene has an art background), with just enough homey embellishments to make one feel relaxed & at-home. Everything about their home was very clean & efficient, yet with these soothing touches everywhere. Lots of good art & photographs on the walls. Best of all were the warm, interesting hosts. If passing this way, we'll stop again!
