  • Victoria Rooms was really nice. Our host was very king and show us on the map the main attraction on the City. Also, he offer us a breakfast because the shower wasn't working correctly.

Good location, near the collisée, near the subway (emmanuele vittorio station).

The room was not so big but it was fine because we were just there to sleep ! It's also clean

  • Somehow my friends and I managed to score this place two days before our stay. Make sure to book early because this place is popular for a reason. This place is perfect because it sits right between the main train station (if you fly in, this is where you'll want to get a ride to) and the Colosseum. It's about 5 minutes to each of these destinations. Although the place was a bit smaller than expected, it worked out for the 4 nights my friends and I stayed. The bathroom flooded but that was a small thing to note. Other than that, I highly recommend staying here if you want to see the entire city while on a budget.

  • Four of us stayed in a quadruple room and it was quite comfortable. Andrea was nice and friendly to us and the place is really near to the colosseum! The good location matters a lot for us so we were quite happy during our stay. Towels and hair dryers were provided too. Only advice for others is to wake up early if u need to use the toilet cos there's only two and there's always a queue.

  • It's a little more than 800 steps if you get yourself turned around, like I did, but once I found it I found the place quite well situated for Rome. It's roughly the same distance from two different Metro stations, giving you easy access to both the main lines of Rome, and it's an easy walk to the Coliseum. The room I got is quite small, definitely just for a single traveller, but it's comfortable enough and the two shared bathrooms made it fairly easy to get up and get going each morning.

  • This bed & breakfast, which doesn't provide breakfast... , is a terrible place ! The location, though central, is not really safe at night (junkies & prostitutes...). The room is extra small, very noisy, with very minimalistic furniture. Don't trust the photos ! And the shared bathrooms (only 2 for 4 rooms !) are extra small too and not very clean. The owner isn't available at all. He doesn't live there and just comes from time to time for the cleaning. Definitely too expensive for what is provided. I just don't understand how this place can get good reviews !

    Response from Victoria Rooms:

With this person I had the first bad experience. My B&B is managed only by me, am I that I deal with everything but recently, is a new job for me and I'm glad when guests speak with me helping me to improve troubleshooting, I very much regret that with me GUY has not been so. My B&B is not the hilton but éun clean, simple place centrally and all my guests are happy even if it is not perfect because they speak with me and I try to be useful for anything.I do not live in but I spend a lot of time in the structure and in an emergency I run because I live just 10 minutes away.GUY was unhappy for not having had breakfast, should not have required a breakfast and I have deleted this service to lower the cost of the room, but you can see before you book.Victoria B&B has this name because it belongs to the category of BED AND BREAKFAST accommodation, with PRIVATE ROOMS, shared rooms, not because his name was Victoria hostel, B&B is the (email hidden)y met with drug addicts and prostitutes but not near the b&b but a 10-minute walk away, in the street near the station, which at night is a little ugly as in all cities the roads near the stations. While the street where is located the b&b is a small street with pubs and restaurants, the MONTI district, one of the most beautiful of Rome! Even if it is a correct and accurate person because he warned of arriving late, I can't say that is a good host. Entering her room to do the cleaning I found the lights on and the hot spot on the computer, turned on and plugged into the electrical outlet, a very dangerous thing. He is a very crafty person, I asked for the payment of taxes to Rome, the first time he pretended not to hear. the second time he said that he had no money; the third time he told me that he would leave the money in your room before you leave it. It was not so when it went off in a bad way, not the 11 (time of check out) but the 11:35 also came out saying that he would come back after 10 minutes is gone of runway to stop paying taxes and is no longer returned. Money are not important but the correctness and honesty you, unfortunately this was not a guest.

  • That's a very good price for this location and conditions. The room was clean and comfortable. Andre was very kind and responsible. He replied to my request in a couple of hours. He also gave me some hints about Rome, answered all the questions.
All in all I had a good experience and I can recommend this B&B if you want to stay in the centre and not to spend a lot of money.
    Thank you Andre!

  • Fantastic location! Andrea was a lovely host and we were sad to leave. You can walk everywhere and it is in a really great place close to restaurants. Such a wonderful city.

  • I had a very pleasant experience. This BnB is indeed in quite a central location and Andrea the caretaker is really awesome. He is very friendly and helpful (and an opera singer in training - so do listen to him sing!). From waiting at our room for us late in the night to suggesting what to do in Rome he was really helpful.

I had a very good experience during my stay there and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends going there later on.

  • The stay with Andrea was great, espescially the location. Please note that for the price you pay you get a room and share a bathroom with other guests. This was no problem there were two bathrooms and it was clean. We were there for four nights and could do everything by foot! It's really only 800 steps from the Colloseum !! A must see !

    Thnx again Andrea !!
