The home sits on a beautiful sidewalk lined, quiet street, insuring your evenings to be peaceful and relaxing. The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed to stay in, cook and watch a movie or game on the huge 75" TV. Coffee or drinks on the balcony is a must! Free parking in attached lot. Less than 2 miles to Uptown Charlotte, South End, and No Da.

We do not have a fenced in yard. But, there are two large grassy yard common areas on our property! Parking lot is attached to the complex and there is also street parking.
