It is walking distance to many cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, laundromats, banks, nightlife, art galleries, bike lanes, bike rentals, bus, gyms and surfing. Also, it is close to the beautiful “Malecon” walkway that overlooks the ocean. This is a fantastic location!
