Franco is friendly and helpful. He recommended a pizza place near his home and it was the best pizza my girlfriend and I had in Rome.
Room is very clean, although it's arranged slightly differently then in the pictures. It's a gated community with security so you don't have to worry about the neighborhood.
Franco was very nice to meet me at the front of his apartment as i was a little lost at the start. His apartment is in an enclosed complex of apartments guarded by a security post so his area is safe. Franco is a very nice and accommodating host and his dog is lovely. The room itself is clean and cosy with really nice decoration. It is about 10 mins walk to Re Di Roma Metro Station and there are numerous restaurants and a supermarket in the area. For the price Franco offers, this is a no brainer. Stay here if you are in Rome!
Assolutamente consigliato! Grazie Franco siamo state proprio bene!!! Speriamo di rivederci presto a Roma!!!
Franco is very friendly. The room is not far from Termini station. The public transit is very propitious. Full star * for this place.
I had a great stay with Franco and simone ! Everything you could need for a short stay in Rome! Comfortable bed! Great location close to the metro and the nicest hosts!
Our first time travel with airbnb was very positive experience. It was simple but clean and our hosts were kind and helpfull. The connection for public transport is good but walking is also an option its not so close but not so far also.
If your going to Rome and like to spend your budget on other things then a continental breakfast or room service this is the place to be.
P.S. And the breakfast... maybe you'll even get Simone to make one, Franco is a dinner guy so don't expect to see him before 13:00.

A very nice place in Rome. The neighborhood is quite beautiful and devoid of tourist traps which makes it a nice place for last minute shopping. There's a local market on the back side of this place selling fresh produce. The house and room were quite well maintained. Although there's no breakfast, Franco offered us access to his coffee and tea. Just check your address before you reach Rome as his house is in Via Monza in Re Di Roma and not outside Roma Termini as said in the address on airbnb.
