📧 After booking, you'll receive a separate email from GreatCondoRental with links to the Rental Agreement and POC (Point of Contact) forms. These must be SIGNED, and a clear image of your government-issued ID (Driver’s License or Passport) must be UPLOADED to complete your booking.
🔐 The DOOR CODE will not be released until these steps are completed.
👤 Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
📅 Detailed arrival info (including the door code) will be emailed 3 days before check-in.
👥 Max occupancy: 8 guests (sorry, no exceptions, regardless of age).
🧼 We provide an initial supply of soap, dish detergent, trash bags, and toilet paper.

📝 All guests must complete online Resort Registration before arrival.
💲 Registration fee: $54 early or $64.74 within 24 hours of arrival (including tax), per group, per stay.
🔗 The registration link will be emailed 3 days before arrival.
🎟 HOA will issue wristbands and up to 2 garage parking passes at check-in.
