  • The apt. conveniently located in the heart of Recoleta is equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The architecture with the bedroom gives you a feeling of soce, and the furniture is new and modern. The washing machine was also very welcome after our 3week trip. And the air conditioning saved us from 38 degrees outside. Marcos was very helpful and explained where to go and what to do. He lives near by and is always available.

  • We truly enjoyed staying at the apartment for one month. We especially liked the other of the balconies, which was located at the 8th floor. The A/C and all other amenities were working properly and we did not encounter any problems during our stay. I would definately consider staying at this apartment again!

Marcos is a very reliable and a great host, who helped us with all practicalities. Thank you so much!

  • The check in process was very easy, the pictures are a very true and accurate representation of the apartment, which is fully equipped with utensils, towels and sheets.

The apartment is centrally located and only one block away from the subway, and Santa Fe - one of the main avenues in BA. The hosts were extremely helpful and were there to help with every question and need. I would not hesitate in recommending Marcus and his apartment in BA - it was a much more pleasurable experience than a sterile hotel room.

  • The loft was a very comfortable place to stay in Buenos Aires. The Subte, supermarket, restaurants and everything else was within close walking distance. It was nice having a 24hr doorman. Marcos was a great host, he responded quickly to my emails, was very helpful, and knows the neighborhood very well. I recommend him highly as a host.

  • Nice size apartment, quality furnishings, and a comfortable bed. Convenient location. While the street is busy, no buses and noise was never an issue. A/C worked great. Nice pool although since it is on the ground, it only has sun for a couple of hours. However, it's protected from the wind so it's comfortable even the shade. It's a good size although it's shallow. If you have sensitive feet, bring a pair of flip-flops to go up and down the spiral staircase.

The size of the apartment is the biggest plus. Having the bedroom and bathroom on different levels is the biggest minus.

    Hosts were great.
