Guests will have full access to the entire property including the house, yard and driveway.

Other things to note
Our property has a motion activated security camera located outside the side door entrance. Guests can rest easy knowing their belongings are safe while they're out and about without any invasion to their privacy. This camera allows us to monitor the side entrance and driveway only, ensuring the front porch and entire yard are kept as private hangout spaces for our guests.

The driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles with additional street parking available on Mill next to the house.

The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and serving ware essentials. We also provide olive oil, cooking spray, salt & pepper, and basic spices.

Guests are provided with complimentary coffee (pods & grinds), tea, cream and sugar. The fridge has a Brita container for filtered water and an ice maker.

Guests are provided with fresh linens and towels. Extras are available in the laundry area. Guests have full access to laundry - detergent, frantic softener and dryer sheets are provided.

Guests are provided a roll of paper towels in the kitchen as well as plenty of toilet paper in each bathroom. We have containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers for guests to use.

All TVs have Netflix subscriptions for your viewing pleasure!
