35 sqm apartment recently renovated, on the 1st floor of a charming 18th century building located in the heart of Paris Marais district. It is bright with its 5 windows and composed of a spacious room with a queen size bed and a convertible sofa bed (130 x 200 cm) in the same room which can host 1 adult or 2 children, a bathroom with a large italian shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet.

The space
This charming 35 square meter apartment is located in the heart of Paris in a beautiful 18th century building. The entrance to the building is on rue Saint Martin and the apartment overlooks rue Notre Dame de Nazareth.

It is composed of a living room with a queen size bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate one adult or two children (130 x 200 cm) in the same space. There is a fully equipped kitchenette, a spacious bathroom with a large Italian shower and a separate toilet.

We offer high speed wifi access, flat screen TV with cable and international channels, towels and sheets, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, washing machine, etc.

The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival and upon departure of the guests. Please note that the sofa bed is always prepared for reservations of three and four people. If there are one or two of you and you still want the sofa bed to be prepared, there will be an extra charge of 20€/stay.

The apartment is located in a beautiful 18th century building in the historic district of the North Marais area. You will be a few meters away from the National Conservatory of Arts, the Gaultier Palace (beautiful building hosting Jean-Paul Gaultier's haute couture), 7 minutes away from the Beaubourg/Pompidou contemporary art museum, and walking distance from place de la République as well as rue de Bretagne.

The building entrance is rue Saint Martin, not far from the Saint Martin Arch, and the apartment overlooks rue Notre Dame de Nazareth.
