Guest access
Guests have access to the home only. No guests will be allowed to moved in or around or play in front of the neighboring homes. Direct beach access is available.

- This property is accessed by stairs inside and outside. Not suitbale for wheelchairs or guests with serious injuries

Other things to note
Due to the recent storm that the Western Cape experienced, there was severe damage to the steps leading to the beach. Direct Beach access is thus temporarily unavailable from the complex.

Housekeeping is not included during your stay. But available upon request after 5 days at an additional charge. Amenities are not replenished, but have been provided for the first night only. We are not serviced accommodation

Loadshedding (National Power cuts) may be implemented during your stay without prior notice, as part of South Africa's ongoing electricity crisis. This is a National problem and out of our control. a Full inverter system is in place, thus the house is not affected by the power cuts.

Our house is in a residential complex and this is the only part/section of the building that we have control over, any issues that may arise within the building or on the grounds of the building are beyond our control.
