The space

What makes this place unique is the outdoor scenery and the open view in all directions. The house is standing alone on a prairie, with a clear view to the glacier Eyjafjallajökull, Drífandi waterfall and and Vestmannaeyjar islands. The house is designed to capture this, with big windows, transparency, minimalistic architecture and a lot of daylight.

This vacation villa is built (year 2012) for all year around use. It is centrally placed on the south coast of Iceland. It is close to all the big attractions on the south coast, and less than 2 hours drive (126 km) from Reykjavik.

The space is wonderful! Other guest have left things have haven't used so the kitchen is pretty stocked with simple condiments and such. He has all the kitchen essentials and plus. He was very responsive. I would recommend this location!
