Beautiful 6 Bed/6 Bath (5 kings + bunk room) w/big lake views and a large indoor/outdoor space opening to patio, hot tub and fire pit via a glass garage door. 2nd row, higher up for stunning lake views. (No private dock access). Daily boat rentals available at 3 nearby marinas and a boat launch in the neighborhood. ATV trails and rentals nearby as well as hiking. The Sugar Hollow Water Park is now open w/ daily and hourly passes, very close to our house! Golf cart available for your use.

Welcome to Southern Pointe! This multi story lake house is a large group vacationers dream featuring:
- Boat Launch in neighborhood and daily boat rentals available at 3 nearby marinas.
- Huge game room with 65" TV, Pop-a-Shot, Ping Pong, Cornhole, Game Tables
- Indoor fireplace, outdoor fire table and fire pit
- 3 separate areas in the house for relaxing/watching TV.
- 2 ice makers, 2 laundry rooms, 2 refrigerators and 8 TVs.
- Dedicated driveway (not steep!) with plenty of parking.
- Private desk in loft area with ethernet connection if required
- Starlink high speed internet
- Free EV charging via a 14-50 outlet.
- The Sugar Hollow Water Park is now open, just across the channel from us and also a short drive. Daily and hourly passes available.
- Chapman Hill Winery & Deerfield Golf Resort only a 5 min drive.
- Short boat ride or drive to 5 popular marinas for food/drink.
- Close to 3 world class ATV/SxS trails/parks, charters available.
- Great hiking, Cove Lake State Park, Norris Dam State Park, Cumberland Trail.
- We are 45 mins to an hour from Knoxville depending on where you're heading.

Other things to note
**This is a lake view home with no private dock access** There are marinas close by for daily boat rentals (May thru Sept) and a boat launch in the neighborhood if you bring your own. This is a NON SMOKING home. Minimum age 27 years to rent. If this is a corporate event, please contact me for consideration. Service dogs are allowed. Rates are only accurate 9 months out, if you want to book farther out, please contact us for accurate rates. We do have an outdoor camera that monitors the parking lot and dock. No parties or large events allowed, no exceptions. We provide started quantities of paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. You must sign waiver to utilize the golf cart. Thank you!

Hidden Springs is a wonderful gated neighborhood on Norris Lake and sits next to the Deerfield area. Both the Chapman Hill Winery and Deerfield Golf Resort are only a 5 min drive. We are 45 miles from Knoxville and only 75 miles from the popular Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg resort areas. You can hike at Cove Lake State Park, the Norris Dam State Park, the Cumberland Trail, or visit the beautiful and historic Cumberland Gap National Park. There are also 2 world class ATV parks within a 30-60 min drive (Windrock and Ride Royal Blue) with both charters and rentals available.
