The house was built a few years ago, is located in a very peaceful setting just meters from the sea, you can breathe a healthy air because there are trees and flowers of all kinds. Living here, it means total relaxation and walks by the sea.
The house was constructed in 2009 its completely new,
and dully furnished ( in the kitchen there are plates, glasses, pots, cable cover,etc) We provide linenfor the bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is situated in Stazzo a little village by the sea, where people often fish. Near the house you will find market, bars,restaurants, fish markets,and a post office. You can reach these places on foot or 50m from the house there is a bus stop to nearby towns. The house is ideally situated because you have , on one side, a beautiful garden full of lemons and on the other a balcony with the smell of the sea.

Getting to the apartments is very simple: if you come from Calabria or other regions, once you take the ferry, take the A18 Messina-Catania highway toward Catania, and exit at Giarre.
If instead you fly in, from the Fontanarossa airport in Catania follow directions toward Catania and get on the A18 Catania-Messina highway toward Messina, and exit at Acireale
