The Apartment although situated on the ground floor has commanding views of the bay which is situated down below. The size is 45m2 approx.

The space

Ex-Boat House, turned apartment, this seafront property is the best way to enjoy Malta. On an island might as well stay in front of the sea! Truly a relaxing spot for those who want to kick back and relax, without missing the comforts of home.

This space is equipped with all modern amenities as recently we have installed a flat Lcd tv, a new shower cubicle. We have an Air-conditioner for both effective heating in the winter time and cooling in the summer time. Malta gets very humid in the winter time and none of the houses on the island have central heating. We just expanded the back yard and tiled it.

Great base to visit the north part of the island. Very close to sandy beaches such as Golden Bay, Ghajn Tuffieha Bay, Mellieha bay. Easy access to the islands of Gozo and Comino. Also 30 minutes by bus to St Julian's - the nightlife capital, and Sliema for shopping. St Paul's Bay itself has a lot to offer, especially for those who love walking, shopping, cafeterias & eating out. We also have a brand new aquarium and water park, both excellent for kids.

I do my best to help my guests. I live close so i am always a few minutes away. My 10 year experience in guest welfare in the hotel sector helps me understand your needs.

Quiet well lit, safe neighbourhood, area is clean. Garbage trucks pass at 8am.

3 bus stops few minutes walk from apartment. Bus transit is the safest and most convenient. Takes a bit longer to get to the destination but way more care free. The bus costs only 1.50 Euro for the whole day. I do not recommend bikes, motor bikes as Maltese drivers are not accustomed to driving along side to these vehicles.
We have a baby cot available if you need, please advise us beforehand.

Guest access

The Apartment is situated on the ground floor, views are through the main door which is made of glass and aluminium. Water & Electricity, Towels and sheets are included in the price. You can check in any time.

Interaction with guests

I am available 24hrs a day, I live close by and as you can see from my reviews i am able to attend to any of your needs within hours.

Perfect location!! Flat is located right in St Paul's Bay, gorgeous view of the Bay! I didn't even realize when I booked the horn-blower cruise a few weeks prior that it was within eyes view of the flat! Communication was great and the place was just perfect! I would highly recommend it!

Apartment is in a very good location, just 5 minutes from Bugibba central square - much nicer view of bay and port than from Bugibba center. It must be noted that great sea view is seen from entrance door of an apartment (not balcony or etc.). A location is perfect for taking a stroll by the sea both in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for dinner, as all catering places are located down by the sea close to the apartment. Free car parking spots are located just by the apartment door. To sum up, a great not overly expensive holiday location.

We had a brilliant stay here! Perfect little apartment and Ron came and picked us up from the airport which really helped! Apartment was full of everyday items such as soap, washing up liquid, tea and coffee which was very handy! Would defonately return. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The apartment is well located, with easy parking in the street just below. The view on the bay is great with the breakfast. Ron was very helpful with directions and tourist attractions. I highly recommend !

We had an amazing time at Ron's place! He was very friendly and reachable. He came to pick us up by car where the taxi had dropped us on the first evening (though it was midnight) so that we didn't have to walk with our luggage! The house has everything and is very practical! There was already some toiletpaper, some soap, a bottle of water,... when we arrived. It is too small for a two kids family for it only has one room but it's perfect for a couple or a group of friends! The view from the house is simply breathtaking and it's very well located. There are indeed a few bus stops and shops close-by. You can also go buy some warm bread straight out of the oven every morning in a little Maltese bakery which is so cute and very close to the house!

We stayed at Ron's place for a week. He picked us up from the airport and advised us on places we should go see during our stay. The best part of the apartment is it's location. It is close to bus stops, close to the central bus station in Bugibba. There are several smaller grocery shops and one bigger store near by, all walking distance. And of course the view! Make your morning coffee and walk across the quiet street, take a seat on one of the many benches and enjoy the amazing view! The apartment had everything we needed - hairdryer, iron, fully equipped kitchen. We made breakfast and dinner there every morning / night. Ron was quick to answer all of our questions we had during our visit, he even printed one of our boarding passes. Ron is a great host and we highly recommend his apartment

Malta is a lovely place, I usually recommend 7 to 10 days to visit the island in comfort.
