Enjoy your morning coffee over-looking the Old State Capitol from the Master Bedroom, Dining Room, Sitting Room/Office, or Living Room. You and your guests will feel right at home in our 2300+ square foot home-away-from-home.

Details about The Capitol Suite

Stunning white kitchen includes new cabinets, quartz countertops, center island, full-size stainless steel appliances, and new lighting. New luxury vinyl flooring runs throughout the main living spaces. Steps away from your kitchen is the dining table large enough for 8 guests.

A full coffee/drink bar will help you get ready for your day, or help you relax before bed. Regular coffee maker, along with a Keurig are provided. Guests must provide their own coffee supplies.

Grab a book (or a glass of wine) and enjoy our swivel chairs in the sitting room. This space is shared with a desk, just in case a little bit of work needs to get done.

The living room features a large sectional couch with seating for 8, and the best views of the city. Enjoy watching your favorite show on the 55" TV.

You will enjoy the King size sleigh bed in bedroom #1. Two nightstands, dresser, and two side chairs finish off this space. Private 1/2 bath and shared Tub/Shower with the 2nd bedroom.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 full-sized beds, private 1/2 bath and shared Tub/Shower with the 1st bedroom.

Bedroom #3 has King size bed with an upholstered headboard. Private full bath and in-unit washer and dryer.

House Rules

We have a strict policy of no pets and no smoking. We have an 8 guest limit policy. Please note we do not currently allow the hosting of unauthorized parties for non-registered guests, this includes family gatherings, reunions, dinner parties, photoshoots, etc. without the permission of the owners. This is in a residential building with other tenants, so we ask that you respect the neighbors' privacy in regards to these policies and noise.

We provide bedding, kitchenware, bath linens, toilet paper per bathroom, paper towels, and basic cleaning supplies. Guests will be responsible for additional paper goods like extra paper products, personal products like soap and shampoo, and all groceries.

The building that the Capitol Suite is located in, is owned by CGM Management. CGM Management is a partnership between Ben Call, Blake Gebhardt, and Bill Marriott. Ben Call and Bill Marriott are Real Estate Brokers and partners at The Real Estate Group in Springfield, Illinois.

Guests will receive a code to enter the front door of the building, and also the door to the suite.

Other things to note
We are located about .2 miles from the Amtrak station which makes the Capitol Suite the perfect location for a quick trip from St Louis or Chicago!
