Beautiful Victorian in the heart of Lincoln Park, one of Chicago's most desirable neighborhoods. Safe neighborhood, on a quiet street. "Free" visitor parking permits provided. Easy Parking, eight minutes walk from public transportation - CTA (near Fullerton Train Station - Red or Brown line).
Features "independent" self catering units in the same building with fully functional kitchens. Coffee, tea, snacks, toiletries and all linen provided.

Unit 2 - 2nd floor:
3 bedrooms, 1 den. There is a queen-size bed in each bedroom, a full futon bed in the den, a living room, dining room, and 1 bathroom (has a bathtub). Max occupancy 7 - 8.

Unit 1 - High 1st Floor:
3 bedrooms with a king size bed in master bedroom, 2 twin beds in 2nd bedroom, a queen size bed in 3rd bedroom, a living room which has a comfortable full size pull-out couch, dining room, and 1 bathroom (has a bathtub). Max occupancy 6 - 7.
All units may be rented separately or together for large gatherings of upto 7 people/unit. Perfect for hosting graduation / wedding / anniversary / re-union & business convention groups.
All units are no smoking and no pet policy. We do have free parking passes and WIFI. There is a in-unit washer dryer.
We can also provide a small rollaway bed for an adult size 130 lb & 5'10", PackNPlay, booster seat for eating, an umbrella stroller and other kids items upon request. We also provide linen and hair dryer.
Rent/unit + $85 one time cleaning + 11.9% IL State Tax + 4.5% City of Chicago Tax & 3% transaction fee.

Other Things to Note
There is a 5 night minimum stay for Holidays, Long Weekends, Marathon Week, Graduation Weeks and other special events. Otherwise it is 4 nights. Feel free to inquire as sometimes there might be exceptions for shorter stay.
Winter Special:$2500/month + utilities & cleaning from Jan 2 - April 1.

Monthly rentals: Cleaning $150/unit + Utilities
In the event of a mechanical malfunction or maintenance problem, we will make every effort to have repairs made as quickly as possible. No refunds will be made for appliance, plumbing or heating/air conditioning failure or maintenance issues. Landlord or the crew will have the right to enter this premises for repair/inspection reasons with a 24 hour (or shorter under an emergency) notice to the tenants.
We live in a quiet neighborhood and request quiet enjoyment. I would be happy to host you but we don't encourage loud parties or noise specially between 9:00 pm - 9:00 am.
We have hard wood floors and noise travels between units. In unit 1 or 2, if you have little kids, we request you to please play sit-down games with them early in the morning (before 9:00 am) or take them to the park or a walk if they are running around too much early in the morning. Walking without shoes inside the unit also helps reduce foot noise. Guests in the other units might be sleeping in.
If you need to hang outside for a cigarette or something, please go to the East side of the building. We have chairs and a table there.
For long weekends & Holidays we have a 5 -6 nights min. 1 week minimum stay for Marathon week
Normal Check in Time is 5:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. But we can be flexible with the times. Please let us know in advance about your times.
You will find parking permits on the dining table. The instructions are on the permit. You need one permit per day per car, and parking is enforced only from 6:00 pm to midnight.
If you rearrange any furniture or items in the unit, please place them back in their original location.
Also, we have Front Loading Washing Machine, please Only use Detergent that has the "he" (High Efficiency) logo on it. One of our guests used regular detergent and almost flooded the kitchen.
Also, while in a wash cycle the washing machine door is automatically locked. Please don't yank the door open; force will cause the door latch to break. If you really need to open the door please cancel the wash cycle using the buttons which will then automatically unlock the door. Please wait to hear the click before opening the washing machine door. If the door latch is broken or flooding is caused we will charge the guests for the damage and all replacement costs.
Please don’t leave any iron, stove, oven etc on unattended or when you leave home. Please don’t throw grease/fat down the drain as it blocks the drains, if there are bad odors as a result of cooking etc you will be charged for these or other damages.
Please do NOT use the Self Clean Mode on the Kitchenaid Range/Oven. This is a known problem with the ovens. Very high temperatures upto 900 will destroy the electronic components in the oven. If this happens then the guest will be responsible for the replacement cost of the stove.
For monthly rentals the rent is low, and guests pay for all utilities & $150 cleaning fee & can purchase parking permits.

We request that you please leave the apartment in a clean condition. Please put ‘all’ linen in the washer and then dryer (We don't want you to stress out over laundry, we understand that all guests can't always do it due to their schedules. Even if you can do one load, we appreciate your help). All dishes in dish washer and then please run the dishwasher. Please take the trash out to the bins on the East side of the building.
This was the cutest little flat! It was nice and cozy and fit 8 people comfortable. It was close to a few train stations and a ton of really awesome restaurants! Reem was amazing and flexible with our stay! I would highly recommend renting from her!!
Everything was great! We were a group of bridesmaids traveling from Miami, from the minute we arrived to the house we felt like we were home. The neighborhood was safe and conveniently located close by lots of great restaurants, pubs, and not to far from the main attractions. The house was clean and exactly like it's pictures.
THANK YOU REEM! The place was perfect! We had 3 couples stay in the apartment and it was spacious, comfortable, with a huge kitchen! It was bright in the apartment (but had enough shades to make is dark for any recovery time). The kitchen had all the necessary silverware and cooking supplies (but you will need to get salt/pepper/oil). The location was absolutely perfect :) The neighborhood is quiet, everything is walkable, including public transportation and it was easy to get into downtown. There is also a whole foods less than 10 minutes walking to get supplies for the kitchen.
We had an awesome time Chicago! We loved the location of this house and it's perfect for a group of six! The host was extremely helpful.
Checking in and out was very simple and convenient. Our group enjoyed staying in this unit very much. It's located in a great neighborhood and the house is in great shape! Thanks so much!
The apartment is in a very pleasant neighborhood; a short walk to main roads, Diversey & Fullerton. It was great for our family reunion, a better alternative to staying in a hotel!
The house manual was comprehensive and Reem responded to our inquiries promptly during our stay.
Staying att Reem's house in Chicago was a super experience. We were 6 colleagues staying in the two units and we had an abundance of room.
The location is perfect. Lots of great places to eat and a very nice and calm area. A ten minute walk to the train and 5 short stops from downtown.
Reem was a pleasure to communicate with. She gets back to you promptly and makes sure that you have a great stay.
I can highly recommend these units whether for business or pleasure.

We have been running this vacation rental for many years now. It is a business we started not knowing what we was getting into. It has been a wonderful experience meeting guests from all over the world. We have a lot of repeat guests and groups for graduations, weddings, family reunions, business, etc. We also get a lot of International guests from Europe,Mexico & Canada
