Sitting at the base of the Historic Neversink Mountain, this property provides a wonderful place for recreation or relaxation. If staying here for business or a getaway you will not be disappointed. Enjoy the beautiful 900 acres of The Neversink Mountain Preserve. This property is a private setting, yet close to the sights and sounds of urban life. The house is located close to attractions such as the Santander Arena, Reading Phillies, great restaurants, local colleges and the Reading Hospital.

The space
The house has been completely renovated. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you will need. Enjoy a cup of coffee from the coffee bar in the dining room and while looking out the picture window you may just see a white tail deer. There is a small desk in the dining area for work space. The living room has a 43" Smart TV and WIFI throughout. The master bedroom has a king size bed and electric fireplace for you to enjoy. Step outside the master bedroom and relax in the hot tub or spend time on the outdoor patio. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. There is a gas grill for your use on the patio.
