Beautiful apartment of 40 square meters in the center of Florence, a few steps from Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Signoria, Santa Croce.Very bright, with beautiful views of River Arno and its ancient buildings of the Arno River.
It is located in a small old building on the second floor with no elevator.
The apartment has air conditioning, free wi fii, satellite TV, DVD, washing machine, small kitchen with all mod cons, bathroom with shower, nice size room and living room with sofa.
Within walking distance there are restaurants and taverns, as well as all kinds of shops, from clothing, to little supermarket.
Despite the lively area due to the presence of local restaurants, the apartment is quiet because it overlooks the Lungarno. But as you turn the corner , you are immersed in the monuments and Florentine life!
Being in the heart of Florence, the apartment is in a limited traffic area: private means is not recommended. You can easily reach the apartment by taxi. From there , by bus and walking you can visit all the wonders of Florence.
Decorated in a simple and modern, is very welcoming and enchants with its light and its windows that look square in Florence!

My mother and I enjoyed our stay at Camilla's apartment--everything was exactly as described and the space was lovely and perfectly located. While she wasn't able to meet us when we arrived, her friend Lidia was there and also when we left to make sure we had everything we needed. Camilla provided great information on the surrounding area, as well as a basket of food and wine that was perfect after a long day of travel, and arranged a taxi for us on our last day. We felt very welcome in Florence and would definitely stay again!
We really enjoyed our stay at Camilla's apartment. It's in a great location, a good size, and very clean. The Internet was unreliable at times but Camilla is a very attentive host. She even left us a basket of snacks and a bottle of wine. I would definitely recommend staying at Camilla's apartment if you're coming to Florence.
Camilla was a wonderful host: she very attentive to my needs and offered some great information about Florence. The pictures and descriptions were very accurate. It is a wonderful little flat.
I enjoyed my second, month-long stay in this lovely apartment. Camilla is the best possible host: very thoughtful, responsive, and kind. The place is spotlessly clean (thanks Lidia!), conveniently located, and perfectly equipped for one or two people. The very best of AirBnb.
Camilla was the best! She provided us with many great restaurants, shopping locations and even parking tips during our car rental. The apartment is in a wonderful location, it had all of the items you would need for your stay in Florence. Camilla even had a basket with pasta, wine and snacks upon arrival as well as water. I would highly recommend her stay for a couple of friends looking to enjoy the lovely city. Place exactly as described, the only thing for anyone who is traveling during work, it was difficult at times as the wifi was slow.
Camilla's apartment was indeed next to the Uffizi... what an amazing location. Not only is the location next to the Uffizi, but close to the river and a short walk to any of the incredible sights Florence has to offer.
Camilla is a great host- we felt at home and well taken care of. Camilla provided some suggestions for food and sight-seeing and it felt that she was a simple email away should anything come up.
The apartment itself is fabulous. For two people it was just the right size. Everything that you need (including laundry if it's a long trip!) and nothing you don't need.
Variety is the spice of life, but I think when I return to Florence, I would definitely go back and stay at Camilla's apartment.
