The sunny, well-equipped apartment with its own roof terrace is located in a quiet residential area next to the university and hospital. Both are within walking distance.

Large, sunny room, approx. 35 m² with bed and sofa bed can accommodate 2 possibly also 4 guests. Although it can get very tight.
