The Space

I travel lots so my apartment is almost always available. Sometimes on short notice. In the heart of Chelsea you'll have this private cute, cozy open studio apartment with a Queen size bed. This super quiet two (2) flight walk-up has a great open feel. It was 2 South facing windows that has good amount natural light during the day. I've got blockout shades so you'll have a sound night sleep on this quiet street. I do not have a TV.

My apartment is ideal for 1-2 travels that want/don't mind sharing a super comfortable queen size bed. The apartment is 1 Avenue away from the C, E train that stops on 23rd St. & 8 Ave. & 2 Avenues away the 1 train that stops on 23rd St. & 7th Ave.

There are wwwaaayyy too many GREAT places to eat steps away like Whole Foods, Eataly, Chelsea Market, & Meat Packing area. There is awesome day & nightlife near Art Galleries, West Side Highway, the Highline, Meat Packing area, & too many bars & clubs.

  • Our stay at Terence's place was wonderful.
Terence inquired about our wishes for breakfast before arriving. He provided very good coffee, some oat meal and cereals.
Once we arrived, he showed us how everything worked, and we kept in touch with him during the whole stay.
The studio is exactly as described : comfy, very well located.
Do not hesitate to choose his place !

  • I could not have wished for more from my experience with Terence and from his gorgeous cozy apartment. Terence was the ultimate "host with the most", who perfectly balanced giving my friend and me privacy to enjoy the space with providing helpful tips for what to see and do in NY. Terence had stocked the fridge with essentials and breakfast items on our arrival and had NYC maps and guides for us to use during our stay. He is an extremely friendly, generous and kind person who will make you feel immediately welcome. The apartment has everything you need and accommodates 2 nicely, is very conveniently position between mid- and down town NY and a stone's throw away from the great bars and clubs in the Meatpacker District and the subway.

  • I warmly recomend Terence's place for a week-stay in New York! The apartment is cosy and ideally situated in the nice Chelsea neighbourhood. Terence was a great host, always caring and making sure everything was OK for us. Even though discrete, Terence is very responsive whenever you have a concern or question to ask. If you plan to stay a few days or more in Big Apple, this place will make you feel like yours.

  • Terence was the perfect host, always available to communicate with & plenty of advice on the local area.
The location of his Chelsea apartment could not be better, 5 min walk to the Chelsea market, high line & metro stations.
Cute quiet apartment with all the basics you need.
    Would definitely recommend.

  • Terence is a great host. Even if we could not meet with him because he was traveling, we have been in constant contact with him and we have always had answers to all our questions. Ah! and its neighbors Josh and Aly were always there to help us. If you visit Manhattan, Terence's apartment is a great place to stay.

  • This was our first time in Airbnb and New York and we didnt want to put in risk our vacations, so we chose the apartment on a basis of good recommendations. We didnt go wrong with this decision. Terry is very kind, eager to answer all of our doubts and very honest. The aparment is comfortable and exactly as described.
    Thank you very much terry!

  • Terrance's apartment was all about location and he was a host that was very accommodating. His space is very well located for any visit to midtown Manhattan and all the sites. It was very clean and Terrance went above and beyond in trying to make us feel comfortable and making sure we had everything we needed. Above all he was very accommodating when we need a place to stay on a last minute notice since we were visiting a son at the cancer society Hope Lodge on 32nd St. Terrance was very accessible and we appreciated his efforts to stay in touch and make sure we were doing well. Thanks again Terrance!!!

I'm a vegan athlete. My place is lived in and has a lot to look at and cozy. I don't own a TV, cause I prefer to be outside. I truly love life and enjoy traveling and seeing new places and meeting new people.
