It features AC, WIFI, Digital cable with tivo, Netflix streaming box, a private bath with garden whirlpool tub all in one flowing space. The house is conveniently located for car travel to anywhere in Austin (1 1/2 blocks from IH-35) and is within walking distance to downtown.) The living room, den, kitchen, and washer/dryer are at your disposal. Continental breakfast will be provided as well. • I spent an excellent month in the loft. It's very comfortable and the house has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and very close to downtown. More importantly, Jude and Gray are both awesome hosts.
    Highly recommended.

  • I had a great experience staying with Jude and Gray! Their house is beautiful, and in a quiet neighborhood (just a short walk away from downtown). The loft is huge! Jude and Gray were wonderful hosts, very helpful and nice. I would recommend their place to anyone looking to spend some time in Austin.

  • The Lair (email hidden) to stay during SXSW. Soaking in the tub after a long day was a big bonus. Spacious and quiet, a peaceful home. Very close walk to Stubbs / Red River area, and not too far from downtown.

  • I had a wonderful time with Jude and Gray last week-end. The house is located only 15 minutes walking distance from downtown (E. 6th Street). I was attending the US Formula 1 Grand Prix and the shuttle pick-up was only 4 blocks away... (very convenient). One of the best BBQ place in Austin is only 2 blocks away (Franklin BBQ is only open for lunch until sold out). You can also find a CVS a block away. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and the dogs are very friendly (make sure to lock the gate behind you). I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to drop their bags and crash overnight after a long day traveling or visiting.
