Whether you’re planning a family getaway, friends’ trip, birthday celebration, bachelorette weekend, fishing adventure, or multi-generational vacation, Creekside Paradise was designed for making memories together. With multiple living areas, two kitchens, and room for up to 16 guests, everyone can spread out, reconnect, and still gather under one roof. This is the kind of place where you’ll spend more time outdoors than you ever expected—and leave feeling refreshed.

This sprawling 5-bedroom home comfortably hosts up to 12 adults and 4 children. It offers the perfect balance of togetherness and tranquility.
• Single story - no steps to get into the house - 3 steps down to the backyard
• 4 king bedrooms + 1 bunk room (queen bed + bunk bed)
• 1 queen sleeper sofa & 1 twin sleeping pad
• 3 full bathrooms (2 walk in showers & 1 tub/shower combo)
• 3 separate living spaces (perfect for groups!)
• 1 fully equipped kitchen & 1 kitchenette
• Screened-in porch + indoor fireplace
• Laundry area

• 2 kayaks (tidal creek + waiver required)
• Beach gear: towels, chairs, umbrella, cart, coolers, tent & toys
• Pack n Play, high chair, kids dinnerware
• Coffee, sugar, powdered creamer
• Cooking essentials: ample dishes, cookware, utensils, cooking oil & spices
• Ample house supplies - no chintzy starter packs here!
• Shampoo, conditioner, body wash
Just bring your clothes, food & drinks — we’ve got the rest covered.
🐾 PET POLICY
We happily welcome well-behaved dogs under 30 lbs with a $100 pet fee. Larger hypoallergenic or non-shedding dogs may be considered upon request.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property except my house, my garage & 2 locked cleaning supply closets.
Other things to note
• We respect your privacy and want you to feel like you have the property to yourselves. You may occasionally see us very briefly while accessing our boat at the dock or our team maintaining the pool or gardens, but otherwise we’ll happily give you your space.
• Hot tub & screened in waterfront porch located in a private nook behind the owner’s home next door
– You can close the gate while in use for privacy
• Parking for up to 5 vehicles (6 if smaller vehicles).
• A brief rental agreement must be signed through our secure hosting software prior to check in
• JANUARY/FEBRUARY bookings: we will be tackling some projects on the property (not in the interior spaces). You will still have access to the amenities but by booking during these months you acknowledge & consent to some work being done on the exterior. It will not be in the early morning or late evening. Thanks :)

This is a peaceful true Tybee locals street set on beautiful Horsepen Creek. It’s mid island so it’s central to everything Tybee has to offer yet tucked away from the hustle & bustle. About a 15 minute walk / 5 minute bike ride to the beach but just steps out your back door to the creek. Easily bikeable / walkable to anywhere on the island.
