Small living room with small couch (pull out)
Kitchenette with sink, microwave, induction cook top and toaster - small refrigerator/freezer is located in drawers under cocktail style bistro table.
Side deck located off living area.
Bedroom and bathroom are upstairs - follow spiral staircase that leads to bedroom with bathroom - and a vanity. There is a king size bed.
The entire place is filled with large windows - you have the views of the woods from almost every wall.
Guest access
Entire Treehouse and surrounding outdoor areas. Guests are encouraged to hike on trail at hidden state park further down Bald Hill road - entrance next to abandoned white church - 1/4 a mile away.
Other things to note
Steep steps and loft style bedroom.
The driveway can be difficult in large vehicles and snow.
Near the woods, there are animals, bugs, and prone to brown marmorated stink bug in the early fall season.
We are a PET-FRIENDLY rental and charge a minimal pet fee. However, please note that if there is excessive pet hair left on our linens, an automatic $100 fee will be applied. We recommend not allowing your pets on the furniture or bedding. If the comforter and linens are covered in pet hair, they might need to be thrown out completely. We will do everything, we can to assist you so that this is not an issue. Responsible pet owners should have no problems—we travel everywhere with our lab

In the event of Severe wind with gust or
-speeds over 25mph or lightning upon the day of arrival guest may be relocated when possible to any Waterford Reservations properties or rescheduled. Host cannot cancel any reservation made on airbnb for weather related issues due to airbnb policy therefore Any cancellation must be done by guest.
No Exterior Loud Noise or No Gatherings or Parties of any kind, and no non-registered guests should be one the property at any time.
No candles, campfires or open flames
