We love meeting our tenants, but don't feel obligated to seek us out if you are looking for a quiet escape. We work regular business hours so you'll have the place to yourself all day long. We often relax on the porch or in the yard in the evenings, but are certainly not night owls.
We love our neighborhood! It is close to everything without being a crazy tourist trap. Check our our guidebook and yelp for the highlights.

My husband and I needed a last minute place to stay while our floors were being refinished. We had 3 small dogs in tow, so it was not an easy task finding a place that would accommodate all of us. We were so lucky to find Geoff and his family! They were completely fine with our pets and had a lovely little apartment for us to stay in. Everything was super clean and cute. I would definitely recommend this place to any friends traveling to New Orleans. Thanks, Geoff!
My wife and I stayed here with our pug, we absolutely loved our stay. The house is clean, quiet and beautiful. Geoff was very nice and helped us find answers to all of our questions. We would highly recommend this apartment!
My boyfriend and I stayed in Geoff's lovely apartment during our trip. The apartment was truly ideal: it was clean, bright, and spacious. The hammock in the backyard was the perfect spot to have a glass of wine in the evening. Geoff was a wonderful host. He was available to answer any questions and offer recommendations for places to eat and things to do. When we go back to NOLA, we hope to stay at Geoff's again.
We loved our stay in New Orleans. The location is a great space that is close to New Orleans City Park and the French Quarter. We unfortunately didn't get to meet Geoff and Karley, but they were very friendly and sick to respond to all our needs. The studio was beautifully decorated and clean. We took ubers to the French quarter, and garden district which were only about $6-8. We would definitely recommend staying here!
Hosts are VERY knowledgable! They have a lot of great recommendations and know a ton about the area. Tap them for any questions you might have. We absolutely loved staying in this space!
My husband, pup and I spent a lovely short getaway at Geoff's lovely place. The apartment is immaculate and the furnishings were beautiful and artistic. We were grateful that we found a place our dog could feel at home, stretch his legs on the beautiful lawn and make new friends with Geoff's 2 awesome dogs. We recommend potential vistors to rent a car if you plan to stay in this area, it's a bit out of the way. We've been too NOLA numerous times so we choose a place far away from all of the commotion. Overall great place and we would definitely book again. P.S. the house is close to Lola's!
Geoff was an excellent host; very hospitable and helpful with any questions we had. He gave us some awesome food recommendations -- including Lola's for great paella, The Rubby Slipper for a delicious brunch and CC's for a neighborhood cup of coffee. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable, on a very quiet and pretty street that wasn't too far from the French Quarter. I would definitely stay here again and really enjoyed our time!
