Available for corporate rental on a month-to-month basis: spacious efficiency apartment is part of a grand historic home on one of New Orleans tree-lined boulevards. Walking distance to Jazz Fest, Voodoo Fest, New Orleans Museum of Art, beautiful Bayou St. John, and City Park.

Easily access the French Quarter, downtown, the Warehouse district, the convention center, and the Garden District, while experiencing life in a real New Orleans neighborhood. Walk to coffee shops. Eat at local Po-Boy shops or at elegant French and Spanish restaurants. Stop by the local grocery store and peruse their freshly made sausages. Check out the Thursday night farmers market if you are here during the week.

The apartment is freshly renovated and features a beautiful, modern bathroom. There is also a small but functional kitchen with a refrigerator, gas stove, coffee machine, dishes, and pots and pans. Apartment has private entrance.

The house sits on a gracious double lot providing outdoor space to relax and wind down after a day of exploring the city.

Rate is standard rate. Please inquire for rates for special events (i.e. Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, Voodoo Fest, French Quarter Fest, Essence Festival, etc.)

Pets welcome with prior approval and pet fee of $35.

If you need to do laundry, there are two laundromats located within walking distance of the house.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the large fenced yard with a patio. There are chairs, a fire pit and a hammock.

Interaction with Guests

We love meeting our tenants, but don't feel obligated to seek us out if you are looking for a quiet escape. We work regular business hours so you'll have the place to yourself all day long. We often relax on the porch or in the yard in the evenings, but are certainly not night owls.

The Neighborhood

We love our neighborhood! It is close to everything without being a crazy tourist trap. Check our our guidebook and yelp for the highlights.
