About this listing
This location is one of the best in Rome: exclusive, quiet and extremely central, a few steps from Villa Borghese’s park, from Pincio and from the most famous boutiques of Rome as Via del Babuino, Via del Corso and Via di Ripetta.
Situated on the 1st floor of a seventeenth century building that has not a lift, the apartment overlooks Via Margutta and its fancy art galleries. The dining room with contemporary glass table and transparent chairs contrast with the antique “Cotto” floor. Mirrors, beige sofas and wooden cupboard furnish this lovely room.
Twin doors lead you to the spacious living room where are two white sofas with elegant and soft pillows. The two sofas turn into sofa beds. Red velvet curtains go well with the “Cotto” floor and with the Turkish carpet. A 32″ flat TV, DVD player, desk with chair, China abat-jour, paintings complete the room.
The elegant master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with night tables, red abat-jour, and wooden table. Blue curtains decorate the windows. There is also an en-suite bathroom enriched with a sylish green Roman column and bathtub.
The blue well-equipped kitchen features gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer and toaster. Internet wireless access and central heating are available. We highly recommend the apartment to a group of friends and families.
Families will be situated in a quiet, residential street, close to best shopping addresses. It is also a very safe area.
