Welcome to your very own private oasis, nestled right in the heart of all the action! While the front walled courtyard may give you a tantalizing taste of the bustling street scene, fear not - the backyard is a peaceful haven where you can escape the noise and relax in style.

And if you're one of those light sleepers who needs total silence to catch some z's, fear not - we've got you covered! Every room in the house is equipped with a noise machine that'll lull you into a blissful slumber faster than you can say "stop honking, I'm trying to sleep!"

But hey, let's be real - who needs silence when you've got all this fun to be had? With plenty of return guests and happy vacationers, we know that the hustle and bustle of the street only adds to the excitement of your Palm Springs adventure.

LIVING AREAS:
Get ready to turn up the fun in this mid-century modern oasis! The spacious family room boasts brand-new sliding doors that lead straight to the pool deck, so you won't miss a moment of the action. Sink into the plush sectional sofa, grab a pouf and a drink from the side bar, and enjoy your favorite movies and music on the big screen. And when you need a break from the sun, head to the covered gaming area just steps away. It's time to make some memories!

GAMES & ENTERTAINMENT:
Step up your vacation game with poolside billiards! Our covered patio features a full-size pool table and granite bar perfect for friendly competition. Cook up a storm on the gas BBQ grill and dine al fresco under the stars. Stroll through the stunning desert landscape to the spa and let your worries soak away. End the day by cozying up to the outdoor fire pit with a glass of wine.

The pool area is amazing with multiple seating and lounging areas including a vintage Syd Leach patio set for refreshing cocktails by night or morning coffee. Float free in the home’s large pebble bottomed pool with waterfall and raised standing shelf on the deep end or use the steps on the shallow end to enter like a movie star.

The pool and backyard are West-facing offering beautiful sunset views of the San Jacinto mountains.

At the north end of the yard, you can relax inside the stylish covered gazebo (with misters for summer relief) with a bar counter and additional seating. Mix up your own margaritas and lounge away. Tucked to the side of the cabana is an additional quiet two-seater patio set just outside the primary bedroom’s French doors.

BEDROOMS:
The home’s three bedrooms lie off the hallway from the front formal living room with two bright and energetic guest bedrooms that share the hall bath and the primary bedroom ensuite suite that opens to the back. All bedrooms offer king beds, ceiling fans, full closets and smart streaming TVs. The first guest bedroom features art inspired by stylish and beloved country star Dolly Parton while the second goes bedroom is a funky, retro inspired cactus delight. The guest bedrooms share the hall bath that is a step-in shower/bath combo. The primary suite opens with French doors to semi-private outside patio and offers a beautiful travertine bathroom with glass partitioned, walk-in shower.

Our beautiful vacation rental is just minutes away from the historic downtown and the iconic Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Explore the city's many attractions, including world-class golfing, spas, boutiques, museums, art galleries, and dining options. Get your caffeine fix at one of the many coffee houses, or hit the trails for a scenic hike or bike ride. When the sun goes down, enjoy the vibrant nightlife at one of the many bars or nightclubs. Come experience the essentials of Palm Springs in style!

EXTRA NOTICE:
Listen up, party people! We gotta spill the tea on some house rules before you book this vacay pad. The city's got a noise clause that's stricter than your ex's new diet, so no blasting tunes or outdoor concerts (sorry, your air guitar skills will have to stay indoors). And, there's a curfew on noise, so leave those ear-splitting screams of joy for the amusement park. Don't worry, we'll give you the lowdown on all the deets when you book.

Now, we know you're looking for some R&R, but this isn't the place to throw a raging kegger (sorry to be a buzzkill). Think of this as more of a zen retreat than a frat house. We expect our guests to be as neighborly as Mr. Rogers, so no shenanigans, please.

Oh, and we know you've got stars in your eyes, but this ain't no Hollywood set. No weddings or elopements here, folks. And, the city has some limits on the number of guests and cars, so make sure to plan accordingly.

POOL HEATER FEE - Dip your toes into our refreshing pool for free, or splash out for a heated swim with our optional pool heating fee of $100 per day. Just beware, with gas prices skyrocketing, we're taking a plunge into chilly waters and losing money daily to keep you warm. So, let us know if you want the heat on or off during your stay.
