The airport shuttle is $1.50 and drops off/picks up a few blocks from the apartment.
Almost everything to do is within walking distance and with the new bike share station across the street you can easily get anywhere you want to go in minutes.
Other Things to Note
Congress Avenue is the main promenade in downtown Austin. It's the widest street in downtown and runs right through the middle up to the Capitol. Preservation Austin has created a free mobile app, called Historic Austin Tours, to guide you through Congress Avenue. The apartment is in the middle of the tour!
We provide a detailed manual for everything you need to know about your stay (transportation, parking, accessing the apartment, etc). All guests should read the manual and follow the check-in and check-out instructions.
Security deposit will be returned within (48) hrs of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
- Check-in/out instructions are followed
- No damage is done to unit or its contents
- All floors and table surfaces are free of spills, and stains
- No linens are lost or damaged
- The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or law enforcement
- Unit is left locked
- AC, heat, or utilities are not used to excess
- No person has smoked in the apartment
