  • A great stay at the loft! The apartment was the perfect amount of space. And what an amazing location; we loved the view of the capital! Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the apartment was very clean. I would absolutely stay here again.

  • Great location. Just off Congress and in front of capital building. Walking distance to restaurants/bars. Good view of capital. Stayed here during a conference at convention center with my husband and babyboy. Easy walk to downtown venues. Kitchen small but sufficient for breakfast and snacks even though several coffee shops and quaint restaurants are around the corner. Nice paintings on the walls Sometime street car traffic was noisy in the am, but otherwise delightful apartment! Best part is seamless arrival - no keys - locks are digital so never have to bother with coordinating arrival time with hosts.

  • The loft is as pictured - really charming. You have a wonderful view of the state capital from the front window. Jacob was attentive to a minor problem that was a result of the unusual freeze that hit the city of Austin. And despite the freeze, we were very comfortable in the loft. This is in a great location right downtown. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

  • Raquel and Jacobs place was just like the pictures. Very clean, nice comfortable bed. Cool sound system with old vinyls! Check in and entry process was smooth and easy and they were just a text away in case we needed something. They even accommodated a late check our since we had a late flight that day. I would definitely stay there again!

  • The apartment was in a great location, with great views of the capitol and walking distance to everything we needed. Raquel was very responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She was very accommodating and let us check into the apartment early which was great. The apartment is not large, but was very clean, neat and was the perfect place for my two friends and I on our weekend away. We would definitely stay here again if we were back in Austin.
