Good location, small but decent space for solo traveler. No TV and similar hotel amenities. I recommend management installing a deadbolt lock to help guest feel safer

Room is exactly as listed. Great central location of Toronto! Beautiful view from front of building and an outside patio that was unexpected :) Amazing hosts all around.

David / Ray's place was really good. I traveled solo to Toronto. The location was central, easy to get to from Union Station, a block away from the street cars, walking distance to St. Lawrence historical market and entertainment district and Eaton Center, and nearby American chains like Starbucks. City positioning, you kinda can't get any better. (It was pretty awesome now that I think about it.) The room was clean and bright, yet the layout was a little confusing to me. It's not a house or residential building. It's resembles a converted office space when you exit the elevator, with an odd shared "kitchen area" and a separate bathroom for other guests staying on the floor. It's not bad, just different. If you've stayed in other Airbnb rooms or hostiles, you will not be surprised. Additional pluses, washer and dryer on same floor, you saw the cleaning crew every day, and the entry and exit was safe, quick, and secure. Over all, it was very good. Thanks David & Ray for responding quickly to everything. I'd definitely return to your place!

Very responsive host, place is nicely situated with a decent size kitchen. However the walls are very thin and other guests were loud late at night so it was hard to rest. Once I pointed it out to the host I believe actions were taken as the rest of my stay was fine.

It's definitely a value spot. No frills at all but it was clean and cheap, easily accessible and very central.
