You are in a cabin in the woods. There is the possibility of mice. To be safe place all food in the refrigerator and keep the kitchen area clean.

There is no AC, but numerous fans and one window unit (window unit for summer months only). It doesn't usually get super hot since you are in the mountains.

There is an eggy smell to the water. It is well water. You can drink the water, but I would suggest you bring your own bottled, drinking water. Water does stain toilet and shower. Water has been tested and is safe.
