Live in the heart of West Hollywood -- and walk to it all!
Stunning, Modern, Fully-Furnished, Extremely Comfortable, Very Spacious, Centrally-Located 1 1/2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Condo with Central Air-Conditioning
Beautiful Views from Penthouse Rooftop (to which you'll have access)
Secure Access Building, with Secure Washer/Dryer Room
Located at King's and Melrose, on a very quiet street, just blocks from a ton of action, including 3 blocks from Earth Bar (shakes/smoothies), a few blocks from multiple gyms (including Equinox & LA Fitness), right at the footstep of a ton of bars & restaurants (walking distance), designer shops, and fancy restaurants (including INK and Cecconi's, amongst others). Couldn't ask for a better location.
If you're flexible to travel when there's less traffic, you're only a 20-or so minute drive from Santa Monica and no more than 25 minutes from LAX. Conveniently located off of Santa Monica Boulevard and/or La Cienega. Runyon Canyon for hiking is only a 10-minute drive.
The condo itself? As modern and comfortable at the same time as it gets. Crate & Barrel and Room & Board furniture mostly. I take extremely good care of my furniture as well as the entire condo. It's not only neat, it's extremely clean.
You walk in and on your left is a spacious living room, with a big, square, copper-top coffee table, a cozy leather armchair & ottoman, and the most comfortable couch that doubles up as a queen pull-out bed. Long bench against one wall, with a great bookshelf and canvas art.
Huge flat screen and surround sound system in the condo. HBO & Showtime and hundreds of other channels. Great entertainment center; the flat screen has been wall mounted and the sound is second-to-none.
On the right when you walk in, is the dining area, with a nice bar/wine bar, and an 8-foot dining table that has a long bench on one side and four chairs on the other. Great dining spot and/or working spot. I love this table. It's artisanal and I had it custom designed and built. Behind it, the kitchen bar area with four stools and a spacious, open kitchen, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and plenty of closet space, utensils, dishware, cookware, etc. Huge fridge and freezer. Great set of Riedel wine glasses & Ralph Lauren glasses.
Right behind the kitchen, a large linen cabinet and a fantastic bathroom -- rather large, with an amazing double-head shower. Feels like a spa!
Bedroom across from the bathroom with a rather large walk-in closet, Queen-Sized Bed with leather headboard (Crate & Barrel, most comfortable mattress out there), and a huge flat screen again with DVD player as well. Most comfortable mattress out there! HD Cable box as well. The bedroom also leads to a study, and that study opens up to the living room too. It's got a very open feel, but the bedroom is rather large and private as well (1 sliding glass door separates the bedroom from the study; 1 sliding door separates the study from the living area).
Great place to relax, watch tv/movies, have people over, work, etc. One of the nicest condos out there. In a 3-story condo building. Laundry is secured on the floor and there is a card used to pay for laundry (2 washers, 2 dryers).
I'll be on the East Coast on business while you're enjoying my condo!
Look forward to hearing from you if you're interested -- please tell me about yourself, the dates you plan to move in and out, etc. There is a security deposit as I have a ton of valuables in the condo, as well as a nice wine collection.
There is wireless internet in the condo, and you'll receive the password ahead of your stay. It's has a Turbo Booster as well, so upload and download speeds are insane.
This is MUCH better than living in a hotel... you'll see. :-)
Everything in the condo, the building, the rooftop, private garage parking, easy access to shops, stores, gym, and 25-minute drive to LAX max -- in the heart of West Hollywood!
Interaction with Guests
Upon arrival/departure, strong communication to ensure expectations are met.

(2) Be respectful of furnishings and neighbors.
(3) Enjoy your stay, again, most importantly.
(4) Washer/Dryer on floor, in secure area; if you need to do laundry, please do before 10 pm.
(5) Please lock condo when you exit, for safety reasons.
(6) No pets in my condo, however there are some pets in the building - very well managed
(7) Great rooftop to enjoy after 7 am and before midnight!
Open Floor Plan leading from the Living Room to the Dining Room / Long Table & Work Bench. Extremely comfortable Armchair in the Living Room!
As described, very convenient to park both on the street and in the garage; ended up mostly street parking. The location was very central to hollywood, melrose ave, beaches and beverly hills. The apartment was spacious and clean. HBO was addicting. Would stay here again.
About the Host, Khalid
A recent transplant from the East Coast (DC was home for ten years), I live in West Hollywood, and spend a ton of time in San Francisco, New York, DC, and LA. I'm always on the go. I'm sometimes away for up to 6 weeks, depending on the trip and to where I'm traveling (or what trips I'm combining).
But... my condo is as clean as can be -- it's spotless, modern, and most comfortable, all at the same time. I WANT to spend time at home when I'm in LA.
I love business; am a brand fanatic and steward; and have vision, creativity, and solid work ethic and when it comes to entrepreneurship, marketing, and business development. I believe the most successful businesses create partnerships based on mutual benefit. I love growing business and creating an authentic connection between a company and its customers.
I love International Affairs and -- reading Monocle magazine, The New York Times, The Economist, Harvard Business Review, and about another dozen international news outlets and periodicals.
I've been known to be passionate -- I think that extends to all aspects of my life.
You'll find me working out at the gym, spinning, cycling, swimming, running, and recently doing Pilates, Barry's Bootcamp, and Bikram Yoga. I've raced in over a dozen marathons and triathlons, completed a challenging Half-Ironman, and am on track to & aim to break a 5-minute mile (which I haven't done since high school) and PR a marathon in 2012.
An avid (domestic and) international traveler, with every trip I take, I grow more curious about the world. Most recent extended trip included: DC, NY, Hamburg, Berlin, Krakow, Prague, Istanbul, and Amman.
Love meeting new people and staying in touch with good & old friends.
