Casa Terra is our accommodation for up to 2 people, with an amazing view of the valley, suite with fireplace and bathtub, living area and kitchen with minibar, Air Fryer and cooktop. The space has been recently renovated and today has a delicious deck and private backyard.
We are on a permacultural and agroecological property 3 km from downtown São Francisco Xavier.
The space
Casa Terra has the essentials for a quiet stay at Sítio Passarim.
It has good Starlink satellite internet, an en-suite with a queen-size bed, Smart TV, bathtub and gas heating.
In the kitchen, two-burner cooktop, minibar, electric oven, Air Fryer, coffee maker and basic items, the essentials for a stay in a complete chalet.
The living area has a mini projector and retractable screen for a good movie night in the country on your favorite streaming service.
Bedding, blankets and towels are included.
Behind the house, there is also a small campfire area with chairs to enjoy the fresh air, sunny days and starry nights. The view of the mountains is amazing.
We are beneficiaries and executors of Atlantic Forest restoration and organic production programs.
There are already more than 10,000 tree seedlings changing the previous pasture area into a small forest in full development. New fruit forests that seek to attract birds and primates are being implemented.
Guest access
The space is located in the upper area of the property. Access is via a concrete road to the parking area, which is below the accommodation. There is a staircase made with stones from São Tomé. If you have mobility issues, we have other homes with easier access.
You will get to know our nursery, greenhouse with organic vegetables and seasonings, campfire space, lake and trails.
