The space
Talk about ocean front- we are not "on" the water, we are literally in it! This is a cozy one bedroom, modern apartment built over the ocean with amazing direct waterfront harbor and marina views from the apartment windows. Enjoy watching spectacular sunsets, the boat marina, wildlife, Front Beach and beyond!

This gorgeous eco-friendly apartment is updated and features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, drip coffee maker and French press. We have a new mini-split cooling unit which is quiet and completely adjustable for just the right temperature for you.

Living room has a window-side velvet couch, a comfy futon couch that folds into a full size sleeper, oversize ottoman, moveable TV tray end tables, 40" Roku TV, cafe seating for two and large dining table to enjoy meals, play a game or work on a puzzle! We also have a bluetooth speaker-lightbulb so you can listen to your favorite music.

The cozy sunlit bedroom has a comfy queen size bed, armoire. end-tables with charging ports, dimmable lights, and windows overlooking the harbor and have room darkening curtains. There is both an adjustable speed ceiling fan and a portable fan, which comes in handy for white noise as well.

The bedroom has an additional alcove with a gorgeous white velvet day bed that sleeps one.

The bathroom is modern and clean with a fully tiled shower, glass sliding doors and adjustable pressure spa showerhead.

Clean, uncluttered, bright and decorated with original art from your host, Joe Barillaro and other artists, you will relax and delight in your home away from home!
