M. The Tenant will not keep or have on the Premises any article or thing of a dangerous, flammable, or explosive character that might unreasonably increase the danger of fire on the Premises or that might be considered hazardous by any responsible insurance company.
The place was clean and in quiet neighborhood, and for the price, it's pretty decent place.
The reservation was canceled 33 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
The apartment is very nice and clean. It has everything we needed. The location is perfect. 3 mins walk to take the J and 1 min walk for a bus stop. The neighborhood is very nice and safe and it is easy to access downtown or any place from it. Linlin has been very responsive and helpful at all time. I would definitely go back to that apartment if I come to San Fran again.
Linlin was terrific at helping us get sorted at the apartment. The back yard is just like the photos in the listing. The location is great - right in the heart of Noe Valley
So the picture of the kitchen with the plants in the window, the salt and pepper shakers, the hand towel, the coffee maker and the paper towels? None of those items are in the kitchen. It's cleared out and all thats left is some plates, bowls, glasses, and about $8 worth of Ikea utensils and cutlery. This is the most bare-bones AirBNB I've stayed in in the city. An absolute cash-grab situation. Usually a host will have a few things like cooking oil , salt and pepper, stuff like that. Not this time.
I could hear every word the upstairs neighbors said. They had a toddler running around constantly that shook my room. Not exactly relaxing.
Don't get me wrong, the place was clean and is totally adequate as a place to sleep, but I've had a lot nicer places in the city in the same price range. The bed was OK but the fouton is terrible to sit on, let alone sleep on. There is no coffee maker, no salt & pepper, no extras, nothing. No shampoo, or soap in the bathroom.
Its really obvious that this is just a bare-bones cash grab with none of the personal touches that make AirBNB Great.
Noe valley is really nice. Great Location. About 1 mile uphill walk from 24th street mission BART. Its a pretty quiet for a popular SF neighborhood, but if you're looking at staying here you may already know that.
Hi Paul, you should have just sent me an email to communicate what is missing. I can point to you where those things are. no need for the venting of negativity that is unjust to the host and does no good for yourself.
Most of the replenish-able things are stored in a storage area inside the garage. If you would communicate. It is airbnb policy for the guest to communicate what they need first. It is always a good practice to communicate before become negative.
This flat has a great location, close to great shops, restaurants and bars. It was very peaceful, clean and tidy and a really comfy bed. Linlin was a great host, very helpful and provided everything I needed (information/dropped in a hair-dyer for me). Can't recommend highly enough, a great place to stay.
I stayed for a couple weeks here and it was a great little place with an awesome back patio in a good location. I would recommend it to others looking for a cute place in Noe.
