The light rail is nearby for easy access to downtown Phoenix, and there may be some city activity or construction in the area.

Despite the vibrant surroundings, the home itself remains a quiet retreat inside. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of plenty of driveway parking on the property.

The name of our neighborhood is Casa De Alegria neighborhood, which means “House of Joy”; the perfect nickname for our home that we’ve emulated throughout with cheery decor and happy colors! The larger neighborhood is called the Melrose District and is known as a starting point for tourists and locals. Rainbows adorn a major crosswalk, and many storefronts. Right off Central Ave!! Less than 20 min to the airport. 25 min to Scottsdale.
