Other Things to Note
I know entering through the garage is a less than ideal welcome. I also know that the ceilings are low. You will hearfootsteps and dogs walking upstairs. Because of these faults, I have priced this apartment lower than what you will find in the Queen Anne Hill neighborhood.
Quiet hours between 10:30p.m. and 6:00a.m. No loud music or yelling or loud conversation for these hours. The family upstairs has a student who needs to sleep.
