Loft-style one-bedroom 650 sq. ft. apt. that sleep 4, off the beautiful Nagle Walkway/Bikepath in the center of America's #1 Small Arts town.
Private entrance & free street & city lot parking during COVID-19 pandemic.

The space
Minimalist, loft style space with one queen bed in a separate sleeping area (sliding privacy doors to be added shortly) - and two single IKEA wood frame beds behind space dividers.

Full kitchen and iPhone app controlled A/C, with spacious shower in 3-piece bath - free wireless and internet-enabled TV - functional TRX gym available upon request.

Your separate entrance is off the Nagle walkway/Bikepath - accessible from Strong Avenue by taking the Union Station stairway to the right of condos.

The rear door, also with the number 28, has a keypad door lock - enter the four digit code and turn the deadbolt (knob) to unlock the door - then just use the door handle. Do exactly the same on each and every exit and checkout.

1. Please note that the heating and A/C ventilation system is shared - and so noise can be transmitted very easily when vents are open. Close the ceiling air outlet (not inlet) vents to reduce noise transmission - open them up when using the heat or A/C.

2. "32STRONG" is wireless network name - "noho2016" is the password.

3. No need to tidy up or make beds when you leave - our housekeeper (usually me:) does all that stuff.

We are in the center of Northampton - right next door to the Tunnel Bar and across the street from both the Sierra Grill and Eastside Grill, with Union Station (and restaurant just a few yard down the bikepath) and about a .5 mile walk from Smith College.

**Note that like any downtown area surounded by restaurants and bars, there is street noise in the evenings as people walk around. Northampton allows bars to close at either 1:00 a.m. or 2:00 a.m.

Noise levels inside the apartment can be reduced by closing and locking windows, and drawing curtains. As a courtesy we provide earplugs for those with sensitive ears:)
