I stayed at Fernando's flat between the 29th January and the 1st of February with my boyfriend. The flat is as described. The bed is very comfortable, we slept wonderfully. But it is a bit cold due to the tiled floor and antique windows. We had to have the air con on for heating. The best thing is that it is bang on in Santa Cruz, the old part of the city. We had a fantastic time and would stay here again.
Perfect location and quite calm on this period. We arrived before check-in and the man here was very kind and took our luggage. Same thing when we left. Another thing, sheets and towels smelled really good.
Quick and easy check in&out. The closest to the catheral and quiet at night. Good location to find out. Good wifi.
This flat would be good for couple in summer. We are 3 persons. I used the sofa bed but it was not a good idea. Stinky and pain! And i visited sevilla in winter..rainy and cold. Extra blankets were helpful but chilly. Bathroom was clean but hot water was limited and towels were disappointed. One double bed needs to fix. The staff showed up carrying tools and my father screwed the bolt but the led of bed could be folded anytime.
We had a great time staying here! The location was perfect, near a lot of bars/restaurants and the cathedral. Fernando was a wonderful host and very flexible. I recommend staying here.
Awesome location, right in the heart of Santa Cruz. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, cathedral, Alcazar. Place was basic, but clean and had all the essentials we needed.
The apartment as expected was very central to everything and very close to the cathedral. The apartment was clean and looked like the pictures posted. No access to the central court area. This is reserved to the residents only as mentioned in another review. Although the apartment is heated, it was rather chilly being winter. It seems like the heat came out strong by the kitchen but was rather weak in the bedroom. WIFI was strong and reliable. Water pressure was good and the bed decently comfy for two.
I contacted Fernando and he in turn contacted the owner to greet us and show us around the apartment. Also after realizing that I left something behind in the apartment, Fernando and the owner were very helpful in getting me back into the apt and helping me find my lost item.
Fernando's apartment was centrally located, with all of Seville's sights being within walking distance. Everything was clean and tidy, and equipped with all of essentials. Having come in winter, the apartment was cold due to the high ceilings. All this really meant was keeping on outside clothes while being inside and drinking lots of tea
