Great house in the Alexander Valley. Stayed with my wife and three other couples including 4 kids and a dog. The house its self was really cool inside - tons of space, good set up for the kids and adults, good kitchen for cooking. The grounds were also amazing. Figs and apples trees with tons of fruit, nice fire pit, awesome grill, great jungle gym for the kids. The pool looked great too but it was too cold to use in mid-October (one of our daring guests figured this out on our collective behalf). Location is good too - central to Alexander valley vineyards, downtown Healdsburg and downtwon Geyersville. Can't wait to get back.
We had the most amazing stay at Karen's house in Geyserville! The grounds are breathtaking. The house is huge, comfortable and stocked with everything you could need. Karen gave us wonderful recs for personal chefs, wineries and local events. Thank you Karen for making the wknd perfect for us. We will be back!
Karen is absolutely wonderful and her house is amazing. Its unbelievably charming and full of character. The kitchen was amazing and well organized. There's enough pots, pans and platters to feed an army. The appliances are amazing as well; gas stove, 2 ovens, 3 dishwashers and a coffee lovers dream! They have everything you need to have a peaceful weekend getaway or a lovely food filled gathering with friends and family.
We had an amazing stay at Karen's property! The house is beautiful. Loved the large kitchen, which is appointed with high-end appliances. The grounds are gorgeous and are very well maintained. Lots of space to accommodate large groups of people for dining and lounging. The pool was great, too.
Karen, the home owner, was very accommodating and a pleasure communicating with, as well. Would definitely come back!
Paradise in Sonoma County. We had an amazing stay at Karen's home. Perfect in every way.
We wanted to get our families together as we recently moved to the Bay Area. To do this, we rented Karen and Jack's home Wine Country Home Alexander Valley. We positively had the BEST time there. Karen and Jack gave us the warmest welcome and made us feel right at home! The house itself was so comfortable and beautiful, that we were loath to leave even for exploring the multiple vineyards in the area. The property is truly spectacular!! Sitting in the pool, our eyes feasted on the gorgeous landscaping of wild flowers, grasses and perennials, with a backdrop of golden hills and vineyards. We could not have found a better place to spent our special weekend! And to make the experience even better, we were able to bring our dog! Karen and Jack have created a restorative place and know how to host. I recommend them and their home to anyone wanting to enjoy Alexander Valley in comfort and relaxation!!! AirBnB people, this is the place to go!!!
I stayed at Karen's home with 11 of my friends for a reunion/bachelorette weekend and we had an amazing time. The property is breathtaking and the house itself was able to comfortably accommodate all of us for sleeping as well as socializing with plenty of room to spare. The kitchen is fantastic, and the professional chef we brought in for dinner one of the nights felt right at home. Overall, we had a wonderful time and felt right at home. Thanks Karen!
